At Bold Beauty, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted based on the delivery date, not the purchase date. This ensures fairness for items that take time to arrive.
You Can Request a Return Under the Following Circumstances:
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at admin@boldbeauty.co.nz. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery, and we will process the return upon receipt of the item.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, email admin@boldbeauty.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the extent of the damage. You may need to return the item before a replacement is issued. We will organise a courier to pick up the damaged item from you at no cost.
Faulty Manufacturing or Product Issues After Use (Warranty Claims)
If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at admin@boldbeauty.co.nz within 30 days of delivery with photos or a video demonstrating the issue. Warranty coverage varies by product, and we will assess eligibility for replacement or repair. We will organise a courier to pick up the faulty product from you if a return is required.
Received the Wrong Product
If you receive the incorrect product, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Email admin@boldbeauty.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will organise a courier to collect the incorrect product and send the correct one at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. If an exchange is requested, we will provide return instructions and arrange for a courier to collect the item. The replacement will be sent once the returned item is received.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email admin@boldbeauty.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos of the product showing any damage or defects.
Return Authorisation
If eligible, we will send you return instructions and organise a courier to pick up the item from your address.
Packaging and Collection
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include any necessary documents, such as proof of purchase or warranty details. Our courier will collect the item from your specified address.
Processing the Return
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Item Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at admin@boldbeauty.co.nz. We will investigate with the courier service and provide a resolution.

Faulty Product or Manufacturing Defect
If a product is faulty, notify us within 30 days of delivery. A refund or replacement will be issued after assessing the defect. We will organise a courier to collect the faulty item if required.
