Retail vs. Trade Products & Shipping Pricing
To help you shop confidently, all products are clearly labeled as either:

R – Retail Product: For personal use with retail pricing and retail shipping rates.

T – Trade Product: For professional customers with trade pricing and trade shipping rates.
Shipping Pricing Rules:

If your cart contains only Retail products (R), retail shipping rates will apply.

If your cart contains any Trade products (T), trade shipping rates will apply to your entire order.

Applies to: Approved wholesale/trade account holders ordering salon products or products for commercial use.

General Delivery Information
Order Processing
Orders placed before 10 AM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 10 AM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard deliveries: 1 – 5 business days
Rural deliveries: 2 – 6 business days

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within New Zealand.
International shipping is not available at this time.
